It was great to work with Julie during a time of career transition after the acquisition of the company I was working for. Julie brought a phenomenal level of expertise, creativity and inspiration to my job search and was of invaluable assistance in the process. Career transition was something I hadn't done for nearly a decade, and with the challenges in the economy and changes in technology, I was benefited greatly from the experience and tools she had to offer. Every time I worked with Julie I came away inspired, informed and empowered, AND I got 2 offers in the first weeks of my search, one of which I happily accepted. Working with Julie brought tremendous value to my job search, and I am truly grateful for her help.
I worked with Julie after a layoff from a company where I had been for 18 years. Having worked so long in one place, I was in a bit of a rut when it came to how I saw myself. Julie was instrumental in guiding me through making a comprehensive inventory of my abilities and helping me craft a brand around them. I found her to be personable, creative, and, when needed most, frank in a direct-but-constructive way. This transition was not easy for me, but Julie made it not just easier and more focused, but it also reaffirming. It was great to see myself as a professional in a new, renewed and focused light. I highly recommend Julie.
